Children’s Mental Health Week at Bright Transitions Therapy

Children's Mental Health Week 2026 will take place from 9-15 February.

This year's theme is 'This is My Place', which is organised by children's mental health charity Place2Be.

It aims to support the systems around children and young people to help them feel that they belong.

Each year, hundreds of schools, communities, workplaces, and therapy practices like ours at Bright Transitions Therapy get involved in Children's Mental Health Week.

However, we are reframing the national theme “This is My Place” as something even more connected: “How to Support My Child’s Mental Health”. In this blog, we’ll be showcasing our team and resources to better support your child’s mental health.

We understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, whether you’re navigating family dynamics, supporting your child through a tough time, or working on personal growth.

From family therapy to individual sessions for children and adults, we believe in empowering you to embrace brighter days ahead. Let us help you take the first step toward transformation—because you don’t have to face it alone.

Because you don’t have to go through it alone - at Bright Transitions Therapy, we offer free 15-minute consultations.

A free consultation with a family therapist can be the first step toward clarity, support, and a smoother transition. Think of it as a no-pressure, judgment-free zone where you can explore your concerns, ask questions, and learn how therapy can help. Book your free 15-minute consultation with us today.
